Kate Hall
Kate was a founder member of the Everyman Youth Theatre and performed in many productions including 'Our Day Out'; 'Nicholas Nickleby'; 'Independence Day' and 'Poppy'. She performed at the National Theatre in 'As You Like it' and 'Framed'. She played a leading part in an award winning film called 'The Tigers' when she was twelve years old. When Kate left school she took a year's foundation course in dance at Swindon College, before winning a place at Doreen Bird's School of Dance.
She completed her training with a Drama and Musical Theatre course at Arts Educational School in London. She made her professional debut in Pantomime at Bognor, followed by work in a Theatre in Education team in schools and the community. She was delighted to return to The Everyman Theatre as a professional actor, playing leading parts in 'Amedeus' and 'Romeo and Juliet'.

Nicola was involved with the Everyman Theatre, Cheltenham from a young age, making her professional debut as Flora in 'The Innocents', she performed in many shows with the Youth Theatre including Poppy in 'As You Like It', which she also took to the National Theatre. On moving to Madrid she became involved with the English Theatre Company and played numerous roles including Velma in 'Chicago'. Nicola went on to train at the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, graduating in 1998 with a first class honours degree, and on leaving was awarded the Gold Medal for outstanding achievements.
Her theatre work includes Hermia in 'A Midsummer Nights Dream' (Attic Theatre Co.), Lucy in 'The Rivals' (Northcote Theatre Exeter), Sandra in 'One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest' (Centreline Production Tour), Ann Welch in 'The Deep Blue Sea' (Nottingham Playhouse), Bianca in 'Othello' (Southwark Playhouse), The Lady in the Van (Birmingham Rep. Theatre), 'Action' (The Young Vic Theatre). She made her West-End debut playing Lucia in 'Filumena' (Peter Hall Company) at the Piccadilly Theatre starring Judy Dench.
Her television work includes 'The Innocents' directed by Peter Kosminsky, as well as numerous adverts.Her Radio work includes 'Kate Nickelby' in Nicholas Nickelby (BBC Radio) and 'Katherine' in 'Growing Old Gracefully' (BBC World Service).
Nicola has since moved from London to Gloucestershire, where she currently runs The Nicola Moran Academy of Drama, based at her country pub, The Courtfield Arms, Lydbrook (01594 862952). The Academy caters for children from the age of five upwards and includes training in musical theatre and acting.

Julie has been working as a professional dancer and singer for the past 18 years and has had a varied and interesting career. She trained at The South East Theatre School in Essex. Theatre credits include the original cast of "Mack & Mabel" at the Picadilly Theatre (also featuring in the original cast soundtrack) and at the Leicester Haymarket, "Francisca" in "West Side Story" at The Prince of Wales, where she was privileged to be directed by Alan Johnson, Jerome Robbin's original Babyjohn, "Grease" choreographed by Arlene Philips, playing the part of "Cha Cha" both in the West End (Victoria Palace Theatre) and on the UK tour '96-98', the original cast of the UK tour of "Sunset Boulevard" choreographed by the infamous Peter Darling, where she also met her husband Mark. She was dance captain to Stephen Mear and played Lucy the Banjo girl in "Half a Sixpence" at the West Yorkshire Playhouse, directed by Jude Kelly, and "Pickwick" choreographed by Gillian Lynne and starring Harry Secombe. She was also a member of The P&O Cruises Stadium Theatre Company from '91-94', where her credits include "My Fair Lady", "Buddy", Sylvie in "Move over Mrs Markham", Nancy in "The Boyfriend" and Gertie Cummings in "Oklahoma". She has danced in Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Tokyo, and spent much of her early career as a hair and fashion model, touring the UK and Europe for companies such as L'Oreal, Redken, Anna Sui, Emmanuel Ungaro, Reebok, Puma, Ballantines Whiskey and car launches for VW Passat and Beetle. She has also appeared in pop videos and TV appearances include The Royal Variety Performance, The Biz, Talking Telephone Numbers, This Morning, and featured in commercials for Genting resorts and the Halifax. Julie has also choreographed for "Pop Idol" magazine and "Angelina Ballerina" magazine.
Julie moved to Chalford, Stroud, 8years ago and is Mum to Holly and Daisy. She runs her own local dance and musical theatre school "Ballyhoo" (www.ballyhoo.me) and is in her 4th year teaching dance on the performing arts degree course at the University of Gloucestershire. Andrew Harvey

Andy began performing at a very young age and was a member of the Everyman Youth Theatre for 10 years where he performed in many mainhouse and studio shows, taking lead roles in Half A Sixpence and Fiddler On The Roof . His professional debut came at the age of 13, when he was given the lead role of Miles in The Innocents at the Everyman. Andy has also performed in As You Like It; Framed and Bed Bug at the National Theatre and Framed at the Edinburgh Festival. He was also seen performing alongside Jim Davidson in Dick Whittington at the Derngate Theatre, Northampton. He has been a member of Focus Theatre since 2003 and performed in most of their most memorable shows, Steve in Free and Easy, John in Blue Remembered Hills, Darryl Van Horne in The Witches of Eastwick, and most recently playing Jackson Pennington in The Hired Man. He has been their lead tenor for nearly all of their cabaret shows and concerts, including The 70's Show at Cheltenham Town Hall.

He can also be seen on the keep fit video Get Up And Dance with Rosemary Ford. Andy loves to work with Focus and enjoys the diversity of their reportoire, and the creative input that the performers have. He has worked with Sheila Mander for 23 years and feels that her talent and skills as a director and actress, have inspired him and instilled invaluable stage skills and professionalism.

She has appeared throughout the country in Repertory including Basingstoke, Salisbury and Winchester Playhouses, The Everyman Theatres in Cheltenham and Liverpool. Her West End appearances were at The Prince of Wales, and Strand Theatre in "Good Rocking Tonite" and The Playhouse Theatre in "Girlfriends".
TV appearances include: a variety show called 'Ten Glorious Years' and Ben Elton's comedy series as well as sitcoms '3 Up 2 Down' and 'Great Expectations'.

Theatre credits include 'The 'Witches of Eastwick', 'Large as Life', 'Free and Easy', 'Sunny and the Nightshiners' ,'The Hired Man' and most recently ' Closer Than Ever'.

Adam's passion for theatre and live entertainment launched his career from an early age. Adam has worked with Focus Theatre company for the last seven years in a diverse range of venues. Recent credits include: Closer Than Ever and The Hired Man for Focus Theatre; Matchgirls, Slice of Saturday Night and Petite Rouge for the University of Gloucestershire; Toad of Toad Hall for Dreamshed and The Best of Broadway for Rolling Stock. Adam is the co-founder of Stage Team - an independent supplier of lighting, sound, video, rigging, special effects and advice to production companies and venues across the South West.

During the 1970's Andrew Cucuirean had the joy of learning his craft with a Parisienne Peruke House mastering all aspects of Postiche work.
Andrew has worked on too many shows to list involving wigs, hair and make-up, Westend, Edinburgh Fringe, cruise ships, national and international tours, fashion shows and photo shoots.
This year Andrew worked on the largest collection ever of Marilyn Monroe artifactsat Renishaw Hall.

Jenny Gardiner
Jenny has always been associated with the stage, joining The Everyman Theatre while still at school. She was a leading actor both with the youth theatre there, and in her school plays. Her BA (Hons) degree in Visual Art and Combined Arts, gave her further opportunities to take part in stage productions, working with a professional Director and Musical Director as well as helping to create the scenic design under the direction of professional designer Phil Daniels.
Her credits include ‘West Side Story’ (Anita); ‘Me and My Girl’ (Sally); Fiddler on the Roof (Hodel) and a world premier performance of ‘Houdini’ a musical by Adam Rowe produced at The Rose and Crown theatre Hampstead. Jenny is a popular performer throughout Gloucestershire where she regularly sings in pubs and clubs. Jenny has been an integral part of Focus Theatre since early 2003, and has performed in the last six shows with them.
In 2004 Jenny worked as a performer for the Everyman Theatre’s “Theatre in Education” project RUL8.
She lives with her husband and 2 children in Gloucestershire where they also run their own internet based business.
